David was one of the building blocks of the music scene in San Francisco that exploded in the so called “Summer of Love”. He co-founded the group Quickslilver Messenger Service in 1965. In 1972 he became a member of The Jefferson Airplane which later became The Jefferson Starship and he is still a member of that band. In this podcast with T.
